Where we ship
SuperArt ships to the regions shown at checkout. We are expanding from our base operations; if your country is not listed, please contact us—we will advise when service becomes available.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking when your parcel leaves our facility.
Delivery times
Transit times depend on destination and service level. As a guide, domestic-style delivery is often a few working days; international orders may take longer and can be subject to customs clearance outside our control.
Shipping costs
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free or reduced shipping may be offered on promotions; any threshold will be stated clearly in the offer terms.
Returns & refunds
If you change your mind, you may return unused products in original condition within the period stated at checkout (commonly 14–30 days from delivery, depending on region). Opened consumables may be excluded for hygiene or safety reasons unless faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
Damaged or missing orders
Inspect your delivery on arrival. Report damage, defects, or missing items within 48 hours with photos where helpful, so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with consumer law.
Duties & taxes
International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by local authorities or carriers. These are the recipient's responsibility unless we explicitly sell duty-paid into your market.
