These terms govern your use of the SuperArt website and your purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them and to our Privacy and Cookie policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Use of the website
You may use the site for lawful personal or business shopping only. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape content for commercial use without permission, or use automated systems in a way that burdens our infrastructure.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules are broken or the law requires it.
Orders & payments
Product descriptions, images, and prices are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. A binding contract is formed when we send you order confirmation (or equivalent), unless we notify you that we cannot accept the order (e.g. stock error, pricing mistake, fraud concern).
Prices are as shown at checkout in the offered currency, plus applicable taxes and shipping. Payment is processed by our payment partners; you authorise us and them to charge the selected method. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.
Returns, shipping & your responsibilities
Delivery times, costs, and return or refund rights are set out in our Shipping & returns policy, which forms part of your agreement with us. Risk of loss follows carrier terms and that policy once goods are dispatched as described there.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for complying with import, tax, or customs rules in your country where applicable.
Intellectual property
All content on the site—including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and software—is owned by SuperArt or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except as needed for normal browsing and ordering.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of profit or data) arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
